Yoga for medical writers - Evguenia Alechine

 

Pre-session:

- Find a quiet space where you won't be interrupted

- Wear comfortable clothes (preferably barefoot)

- Have a yoga mat or towel handy

- Set your computer in a way that you see the screen, turn camera ON and MUTE your microphone (make sure that your whole body fits the screen)

 

Objective:

- To relax and unwind after a busy conference day 

 

Post-session:

- Enjoy the benefits of yoga practice for your mind and body
