Dear Colleagues
On behalf of the EMWA Executive Committee, we have great pleasure in welcoming you to the 50th (first virtual) EMWA Conference from Wednesday 4 November to Thursday 19 November 2020.
The EMWA Professional Development Committee has prepared a comprehensive education programme, with 20 online workshops, covering a broad range of topics.
In addition to the workshops, the conference offers a number of events outside the formal education programme, such as the traditional Opening Session, seminars on predatory publishing and English grammar, sponsored seminars, the Freelance Business Forum, and a session about Getting Into Medical Writing. We will also learn how to work efficiently on our business.
On Friday 6 November 2020, we will have the full day symposium “Research Integrity & The Medical Communicator: What We Do When No One Is Watching".
We would like to thank our head office and team of committee members, workshop leaders and all volunteers who have been working for many months to bring you this online event.
We wish you all an interesting and enjoyable conference.
